How to fix utorrent won't downloading problem

I'm having an issue where when I have utorrent open, and I'm surfing the net on Firefox, pages wont load, and I have to close utorrent, and the downloads in utorent stop downloading, then when I close utorrent and wait about 30 seconds, I can surf the net again...It's nothing to do with my firewall or forwarded ports, that's fine, it just started happening.

Hey guys..

hi, i have few questions :) first when u say download a game does it mean a game not a film or something else?? and the problem is that the torrent that i'm looking for is not mentioned in sites and it stops at the same level (96.7%) what should i do to fix that???

Right click on what ure downloading and paste those trackers there...Gooood Luck
