Hello! I'd like to be able to be more relaxed when I want to meditate in closing my eyes, being lain down etc, because it's hard to me to meditate this way! I would also like to be able to relax and conditioned me enough to be able to make those dreams where we are conscious (i'm sorry, i don't really know how to say it in English), so that I can meet my guides, good spirits and travel with them, in order to improve and learn interesting things!

i had a dream much like this many years ago, but i was demonstrating to a group of people. i levitated various items and myself. they all shook their heads in disagreement. then one of the walls of the room swung away revealing a meadow and forest outside. they all departed as i hung there in the air, having not convinced a single one of them
