Jesus, why can't some people conjugate verbs? You see the way he walk? The correct way to phrase that sentence is "Do you see the way he walks?" "That little girl need her hair done" should be "That little girl needs her hair done," and even that is very poorly phrased as well, but at least the verb is in its proper form. The problem is that we encourage this behavior. It is perceived as cool to speak incorrectly. This is EXACTLY why the rest of the world thinks we are stupid. Seriously. It is.
