I think Im doing a pretty good job on my first no budget feature so far...but Im gunna say if you pull together a feature length...we are looking at the next David Lynch!
This looks so good, what camera was this shot on? I can tell you know what you're doing. I wish you lots of luck and success with your filmmaking adventure.
@swintex yeah, so how is it on 720p HD? did u blow it up via that "instant HD" plugin?
gotta say u nailed that vintage look.
besides following that forum's "Film Grain" discussion..what other effects did you use to recreate the filmy feel? some flickering of the brightness or something..etc?

I love taxidermy, but your films make me apprehensive to face the mounts in my basement.
Beautiful short films.

Kudos for including the Nosferatu clips.
I love all the work you're doing with stuffed animal heads. You manage to express a surprising ammount with them alone.

This is the most unique thing I've seen in awhile. Loved it!

You make the best taxidermy movies. Just makes me want to kill my neighbour's dog, send it your way and see what sort of video you will make with it.

Excellent work Mr. Swinton.
I thought Mr. Fox was the sh*t, but this one managed to somehow blow it out of the water.
This film catered quite well to my taste for irony.

Great film! It has a bit of a Wladyslaw Starewicz feel to it, while still being completely original. Can't wait to see your next one.

WOW, that was amazing! I loved the old film feel to it, and the stop motion added a really freaky sweetener!
Great sound design too.

...AWESOME. I liked Mr. Fox little bit better but this is also an epic win! I love the quality!

@eladbari It was scaled up to 720p in sony vegas. The flicker is inherent in the grain as it goes from frame to frame.
