As a flight attendant this is very disturbing to hear about. My heart goes out to the crew and passengers of flight 3407, and to thier families for their loss. I am sure that the crew sacrificed thier own emotions to calm and protect the passengers on board until the very end. The flight attendants on board are truly angels of the sky. May you spread your wings, and continue to soar the skies forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you and those who have lost all of you.

even if capt. sully was in the flight deck, there is nothing he can do to save the plane. It would be beyond his control already. what happened in hudson was entirely different from this buffalo crash. It was night time and the pilot has little time and space to initiate emergency procedures
