yes girl you have been gone!!!! I lost 5 lbs so far on p90x but my dvds arent working so im doing turbo jam. min 45 min. 6days a week and 2days strength training
@samaram23 I've been gone but still getting it in. That's good you're still pushing. I do at least 45 min. of cardio a day and strength train 4 days out the week. Keep pushing lady!!!
