hill top to lost parking lot has to be the most fun part of the trail.... or coming down the back side of water tower... cant wait for it to get warm and dry up...

I just did this trail yesterday its so much fun when you get past the parking lot that has all the rocks and the big house overlooking it

I love coming down the hill just before the parking lot, then running the corner and jumping it.

is there a lot of poison oak on these trails?? I suspect so being an oak woodland...P.O. doesn't like me!

Yeah, you need to watch out for the PO. It is there, but you can usually see it. I never hit any, but it was there.

As you approach the lake from Folsom Blvd, you will see the trail off to the right about 50yds before the check-point.

I just rigged my regular video camera...you can see it in my shadow, and it really threw my balance off. The results are worth it.
