This kinda reminds me of a documentary I saw once where this one woman pretended to be pregnant for 9 months and so people wouldn't get suspicious after she was late she went to a womans house she had been talking to online, knowing she was pregnant, and she tied her up and cut her baby out and then killed the woman.
