Though I never got to meet Elvis or see him on stage ...I am so glad I lived through the "Elvis era". I was 12 years old when I first saw him on the Ed Sullivan show. He was so exciting and so different from any one I had ever seen. I remember sitting on the floor at my aunt's house. (she had a t.v.) I did like the girls in the audience and screamed and kicked my legs. ha ha
