also im almost positive that you were one of the first people I saw the walk/run method up the first hill.definitely saw you do that and started the routine.

What was your longest run before?

love the video man. did this race too, my first 50 miler also. saw you at the muir beach aid station when you got the pb&j and headed off. wrote a story of my race and you were in it. loved your high spirits
