Bergmans are my all time favourite song writers. I love their words and one can say they write more art songs over the years. Vanessa Williams approach to Barbra's The Way We Were is quite charming. She keeps it quite low-key but her silvery voice can capture freshness and sentimentality. Ever since she sang Barbra's Happy Days Are Here Again at her first live performance,I hope that one day she should record an album entirely dedicated to some of Barbra's songs.
