and after my 2nd injection I would say my shoulder was back up to 85-90% normal stability and stength. I should have gotten a 3rd injection to get it back to 100% but I couldn't afford it, but I was at least able to lift weights again. The prolotherapy kept my shoulder pretty stable for about 2 years, but now because of lifting it's become instable again. So I'm gonna go get injections again, as many as it takes to get back to 100% stability and strength.
My humeral head would subluxate everytime I raised my arm. I couldn't sleep on my shoulder, throw a football, lift weights, or go swimming. It was really messed up but I didn't want surgery. So I did some research and found out about prolotherapy injections. They inject your ligaments, tendons, or cartalige with a dextrose sugar solution which causes inflamation and makes your fibroblasts produce more colagen. A day after my first injection it wasn't subluxating anymore, and after my 2nd injecti
is there any reason why a doctor wouldnt do the orthoscopic surgery to repaired instability? im going to have this done and the doc i saw said he wants to open me up. im thinking of getting a 2nd opinion.
I've watched several of this guy's videos and he's great. I wish I had found him before my shoulder surgery.
