  • what type of strings are you using on this clip??? thanks

  • @JordanIman Good question :) I have to do a research on that myself... I just got a bass from the authorised dealer at that time with factory setup and strings... I don't have a clue which ones they were. All i know is that they were .045 - 0.130 and that they sounded killer... Later i changed them to elixir (which i really like), but it seems the bass lost that "crispy punch" the bass had with the normal non coated strings :)

  • Bull shit, this is NOT the long haired wanna-be in the photo. Intro is Alain Caron, the rest are toher artists. Remove this farce at once.

  • @spectorman09 Chill down bro... The samples i recorded are from Alain Caron's playalong "PLAY" which you can buy as a book + CD and contains studio album tracks minus bass, so you can play along them.

Only the second bassline (P.A.C. MAN) is the same as on the album, others are just mine interpretations.

It took time and some work for me to record this hoping it may help some of the people who are wondering how the bass sounds.

Annonymous youtube heroism is getting old, dude...

  • ey man.. this is not you.. the real bass player its alain caron..

  • @mialuna12 facepalm...

  • @mialuna12 i bet you're not serious! -_-'

  • Great sounding bass and playing. I have the NYC regular 5string. Completely different sounding. Where did you get those backing tracks?

  • Да бас хороший!

  • Dude awesome playing and AWESOME sound, i am looking at a sadowsky 4 string with the soapbar pick ups, man this sounds nice as heck thanks for sharing, i don't play in a band or anything but i love the modern sound on this bass and have been considering getting one.

  • @MrRedrocket42 My pleasure & thanks :))

  • Great technique and playing, and the sound of an Ash/Maple M5-25 is so wonderfully aggressive that listing to your samples makes me want to go punch someone in the face!

...you know, in a *good* way. ;-)
