hahahaha! That sucks when you turtle a can...i've done it a couple times...when you do it tho you pray that you have room to maneuver the truck so you can use it to right the can but sometime you have to put your back into it...the metal ones are HEAVY

yah they are they attached a chain to it and used the arm to lift it up

what went wrong

the driver was sliding the bin off and the truck with control problems and when he bumped the lever the truck did the oposet and the bin fell

well this truck was perchised about 9 years ago and because its a spare they relly dont take good care of it hence the control problems.
