I don't think Riku would've. His memories weren't messed with the Replica Riku was really the one with memories, the REAL Riku kept his because he chose to fight Ansem himself instead of have Namine seal him within his heart ^^

You sure? Because I thought everyone connected to Sora was affected. Thus why everyone forgot then suddenly remembered him in KH2. But then Riku knew who he was and even looked after him while he slept. Wow. I think I just confused myself while answering my own question. Haha Thank you! ^_^
