Thanks, Lauren! It was the first time I'd ever played something by memory for an audience (other than a couple people in a practice room). I performed it many times since then, and I really wish I had recorded the later performances because they were much better than this one.
wow, I really like this piece, and the collaboration between pianist and cellist is superb! also appreciate the carefully thought out dynamics.
