Yes lions often kill zebras. But on occassion a zebra can kill both crocs and lions witha good kick. I have seen instances where a kick to a lions mouth from behind breaks their jaw and they have a slow death. One time in water i saw it get a croc with a good kick and killed it. the hyenas ate the croc carcass.

I like lions better. However, a tiger would have definitely made the kill here. They are much better hunters and killers. There was a documentary on NG a couple years ago where they released two tigers who had been born in captivity into African wild so they could learn how to hunt. Those two went on a rampage.
