how easy would you say this is for a beginner to do? i only have two kits under my belt but im pretty comfortable with the process and i want a punkin beer to be my first non pre packaged beer! is there any way you could send me a detailed recipe? thanx
Cut pumpkins in half, remove seeds (can be baked at same time!), place cut side down on baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until flesh is tender. Scoop out of shell and add directly to wort.
Where was the FG at ?

What water on this planet boils at 170 degrees?

1 teaspoon each - ground cloves, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon. They go in the last 5 minutes of the boil. Enjoy! Let us know how it turns out!
