@Hikaru713 Hi, the way cooked the syrup in video isn't bitter taste , if you like it darker just cook the syrup a little longer then became bitter taste :-)
Hi there. There is something wrong with this video. It froze at 1:30 minute and I tried to go pass it and it freezes again at the same spot when you were making the caramel. I don't know if everyone watching this video has the same problem. Is there a way you can upload another video for us to see. Thank you so much.

@kin1565 你好, 我沒有家用的焗爐恕不能說, 你完成後整個還沒有成型的話, 因我用是大焗爐火力比較強, 你要焗耐些試焗多 5 至 8 分看成型否如還沒成型就要再焗耐些, 如面焦蓋張錫紙面, 還有你要放熱水, 請安心你一定會焗成型的, 祇是時間問題, 祝愉快 <3
