    如果我想做較少的份量...可以把所有材料減少一半嗎?

  • @kelvin242002 你好, 不放雲呢拿香液會很大蛋味, 或可以放少訐酒, 但是不放也隨便你的沒大問題, 可以做材料半份. 祝新年快樂 :-)

  • I am making this for my New Years Eve Party for the 1st time!! finally get a chance to try one of ur recipe la!! i use evaporated milk instead of cream... added one ml of milk and one less ml of evaporated milk... hopefully it works... >.<... srry if i change ur's a little... cause i am too lazy to go to the market, and i don't even know if they'll be open... :P. HAPPY NEW YEAR!! :)

  • @Hikaru713 Hi, the way cooked the syrup in video isn't bitter taste , if you like it darker just cook the syrup a little longer then became bitter taste :-)

  • @wantanmien sorry, what did you mean by bitter taste? will it be bitter if i cook it longer? or will only the colour darken and remain sweet?

  • Hi there. There is something wrong with this video. It froze at 1:30 minute and I tried to go pass it and it freezes again at the same spot when you were making the caramel. I don't know if everyone watching this video has the same problem. Is there a way you can upload another video for us to see. Thank you so much.
