Substantively, Lee is simply inventing what "equal protection" means. It's never meant that everyone gets the same goodies, whatever those goodies are. It's means that the LAW must treat everyone the same: so some people don't get more rights than others. But it doesn't, hasn't, and can't mean that everyone gets a Corvette or unlimited health care dollars.

There is not a single rational case to be made that repealing ANY law is prohibited by the Constitution, let alone one that explicitly VIOLATES our Constitution as this does.

Help me out here: A14 Sec 1 says a person can't be deprived of life, liberty or property w/o due process of law and that we are all afforded the same due process (unless you are a Senator or Congressman, I guess they mean).

How is taking away a person's time (liberty) and money (property) without a contractual agreement of just compensation (see A5) not a violation that requires A14 Sec 5 be invoked (Congress has the power to enforce by legislation A14)?

Repeal IS constitutional.
