Unemployment in Scotland is the highest in the UK at around 8.5%. Your GDP without Britain is £112 billion (UK is £2.7 trillion) so lets work this out.

UK-£2.7 trillion for 60 million people is looking at £45K each (not per capita)

SCOTLAND -£112 billion for 5 million people is looking at £21.4 K each

ENGLAND ALONE - £2.2 trillion for 51million is around £46K each.

Who really loses out from it?

Wrong. Employment has increased in Scotland for 9 months in a row, and has increased by 25,000 compared to last years figures. Unemployment fell by 7000 to 219,000 from December to February. The unemployment rate in Scotland is 8.1% (Not 8.5), slightly higher compared to the UK average of 7.8%.

Wether you wish to accept it or not, the SNP is doing a fantastic job up here, and long may it continue. And in 2015 I'll be saying YES to independence.
