Yeah but the tibetans have suffered for so long without any recognition, a major event like the olympics is a way to show the world the injustice that the chinese have commited. The olympics in itself are supposed to be about peace so why is it being held in a country full of torture and genocide. Its not about the ordinary chinese people, its about the government and their regime. Also the west is not being arrogant, england is the country that the torch is in so have to help protect it.
