The resurrection of the righteouss is called the first resurrection...this includes the resurrection of Jesus 2,000 years ago, the resurection of the Church before the Tribulation, of the 2 witnesses at the middle of the tribulation, and the Trib martyrs whom are segregated and resurrected after the Tribulation. What is the second resurrection then? The resurection of the dead.

Where does the Bible speak of a "second resurrection"?

It never addresses it as such but it speaks of the 1st resurrection at the end of the Tribulation while associating the resurrected as being merely those who have overcome in the Tribulation even being beheaded. This is because we know the resurrection of the patriarchs, church, and 2 witnesses occurs at another time as they are seperate multitudes with seperate songs. The 1st res is ALL the resurections of the righteous.

The second is never addressed by name though revealed when the wicked are resurrected next. What leads me to say this. The 1st resurection are those who will not suffer the second death...this isnt promised to the second resurrection people. In fact we know that the dead will be resurrected and go into everlasting fire according to Daniel and the parables of Jesus. So then I reveal that the proper interp of this hidden truth is that the second resur is literally the res of the "dead".
