my knife cant have a pocket clip on it so it came with a sheath but if i put a lanyard on mine and have it visible would that be legal?

@Darkstar2520 as long as the blade is shorter then the width of your hand its good, and a fixed blade knife is ment to be worn on the belt... thats a "visible" spot even if your shirt or coat covers it

@fourpointohh its over by just a tad and i live in CA so i dono how strict the laws are but i just sent my knife out to get a custom pocket clip put on it so just to be safe its always better to be safe then sorry

lanyards arnt nessecerely (spl?) used to go around your wrist, they can be used for identification and just cosmetics(spl agen?)
