The Nation of Cuba, specially, Havana is astronomically in complete ruin and decay. The Cuban People don't a safe and a decent place to go home to or Hospital to attend to when ever they get sick all the good Hospitals are for tourist . Before, you write about a particular subject you need to know the actual facts, so you wont look like a fool.
