  • It's an insidious bitch that worms it's way in. I got a strong family history of suicide; father and two uncles, 2 cousins. So, yeah, lol, the doctors look at me like, "holy shit we better save her, she's the last one." The kamikaze pilot who missed. They don't know how I'm still alive. Got 3 brain tumors, and some fancy name, "Von Hippel -Lindau syndrome" or something lol, but I'm not exactly that either. It sucks.

I just find somethin everyday to laugh about and use my Super Sarcasm powers!

  • I'm on it right now, just started, and man, can't eat, don't wanna eat, stomach knotted up, weird poetic type mood, like song lyrics rolling thru my head that won't stop. Like I swallowed the Grim Reaper's Diary and a plug of tobacco. The visions are like, horrible concentration camps, mass graves, body parts, death and mortality, and "am I gonna die?" "Do I even care?" but I can see why kill self, cuz it would feel GOOD to feel the buckshot lifting the top of the skull out, freedom from flesh.

  • Smoked for 15 years, pack a day, but quit over a year ago. Did it without this pill too. Just get some nicorette gum to help with the cravings, its not just about breaking the habit, or dependence on nicotine, your learning to do things without them like driving, taking a break at work, not smoking one after you eat lunch. All you really have to have is a strong desire to quit, something to live for.

  • This guy drank liquor that makes the pills stronger smh

  • Does any of u really want to quit smoking than.quit u fucking pussies . By the way I smoke

  • it workd for me i stopd smoking thx ALLAH. but the only sideaffect i have is tht im sleeping and feeling tht im knockt out and i talk sumtimes stupid?anyone had those sideaffect??PLZ LET ME KNOW;-)

  • @einerose1980 selam ! its been 4 months ever since yr comment here. Did u quit by now? R u still smoking? I want my husband to use this medicine to stop smoking but im afraid of the side effects.

  • @einerose1980 yep, I was okay with it the first week. My friend & her husband took it he quit smoking but she had the same side effects as I: Okay after the first week, but during week two: dizzy while sitting down, talking stupid, aggression even 2 months later after stopping, & nightmares. This is dangerous crap. The doc that prescribed it says it eats the nicotine receptors of your brain, I'm sure it damages more than that. Question everything, as they're using people as guinea pigs, seriously

  • FDA?

I wouldn't trust what the FDA says about anything.

    Pills? I don't take them.

Now which drug was okayed by the FDA, then after several years, some of those people had to have their asses chopped out?

    Real story.

Pay the FDA enough money, and you too can be a miracle drug maker!

  • This drug really helped me quit smoking, albeit several times when I'd start up again. This isn't a miracle drug as it requires dedication to be successful in quitting. The only side effects I get on the 1 mg a day are drowsiness, severe nausea, and aggression if I take two mg a day. That's why I cut the dose in half and I'm no longer aggressive. To me, all this is worth it in the end if it helps me to quit smoking!

  • im on chantix now... when i wake up i feel really really stoned (like i smoked a bunch of weed) ive never had this effect befor even tho im a "daily toker"

  • WE must stop believing the FDA... we put our lives in their corrupt hands

  • Seriously, people need to read about the medication they take. It clearly states to stop taking it if you have any severe effects... If people can't follow simple instructions then it is their fault, no-one else.

  • @danielflynn3 bad attitude - why should a drug like this be available if these effects are known. A side effect of suicidal ideation can inhibit common sense, such as stopping the medication etc.

  • @peacheyzzzz Because it's the minute part of takers. It still does a lot more good than bad. Yes I agree suicidal ideas must inhibit common sense but on the other side of things it must come on slowly as well. If you feel anything like that coming on while on a new medication seek help asap.

  • 10 bucks says Carter's girlfriend was actually mentally abusive and drove him to go on a crazed drunken rampage and is now playing the victim for the media. I've been on Chantix for two weeks, haven't smoked for a week, minimal urges, and I couldn't have gone this far without the drug. I've also mixed the drug and some cheap vodka the other night - nothing happened, except for a gooooood buuuzzzzzzz.

  • @GilbertsonDerick

My entire paycheck says that refraining from making incendiary comments about people you never met and never knew would do you well.

I did know Carter. Your supposition is bullshit.

  • Chantix works. Reactions are rare. As for the fools with "bad" dreams, bad dreams don't kill you.

  • @sanpakupariah You shouldn't call people who experience these side effects fools. The nightmares can't kill, but if someone experiences a few days of suicidal ideation they can end up killing themselves. Carter Albrecht was a terrible tragedy. It could have happened to anybody.

  • @sanpakupariah totally agree with you, I'm on Chantix and no problems & actually quit

  • Works for me....No probs at all

  • This product is safe for most people..Ive had no probs since taking it.

  • I took this medicine for 7 days. The last 3 days of those 7 made me homicidal and suicidal. I was just glad that I realized it wasn't me, it was Chantix. I immediately quit the Chantix. I hadn't even quit yet. It was totally the Chantix.

  • so this shit is legal with all of the side effects & marijuana is illegal? WTF??? antiquated laws from the churches are still ruling this country...

  • The side effects are overblown and rare. People die all the time from reactions to aspirin but you never hear about. It has probably saved 1000 times more lives from cancer and heart disease than have died from reactions to it.This is typical hysteria media.

The illegality of marijuana has nothing to do with churches and everything to do with anti-immigration efforts, racism, DuPont and William Randolph Hearst. The 1937 Marihuana Tax Act

you aught to know this stuff from looking at your page.

  • @toyznstuff you talk like a sheep. the kind of sheep who these talking heads target.

  • Carter was a friend of mine. To phrase it as "breaking into a neighbor's house" seems a bit much.

  • Chantix is awesome for quitting smoking but i WOULD NOT recommend taking it with any alcohol - even with nyquil because when I took it today with nyquil, within an hour I had a horrible side effect of "snapping" and I am not usually that type of personality

  • Ron Paul said, "These Drug Company's have actually convinced Americans that you can cure anything with just a pill." silly Americans, Dont trust your government, especially when the people in power do favvies for these drug company's after they front them the money to get into power, its all a big joke. Life is nothing more then just a dream, go to sleep now.

  • ive smoked since i was 13 and now im 38 i started chantix 4 days ago and went a whole day with out a cig ! im on day 5 now.......this drug is a GOD send ..

I will quit smoking ! of Die ! I dont care cause how us smokers are treated nowdays, F-U all !

  • There needs to be a BIG sweep at the FDA. A criminal investigation would not be out of order. How many dangerous drugs have been approved over the last ten years only to be pulled from the shelf.

  • p.s. Been off Chantix now for 5 of the 9 months and the side effects were minor, and can't even be compared to minor discomfort.

  • Chantix is a god send. Quit for 9 months now and never felt better. This report just seems sensationalist and irresponsible.

  • stupid story... every one knows you shouldn't drink alcohol and take pills dude is a fucking dumb ass

  • Carter Albrecht was a personal friend, and one of the most beautiful individuals and talented musicians I've ever encountered. Show some respect, please.

  • it does cut the craving for cigarettes.. I went back again.. Then finally quit cold turkey.. It's hard.. But , I did it.. So can u.. good luck.

  • I think takeing chantix and mixed with alcohol It's no good. Make exercise and have a good life. And have the help of your family that for my is the best way. This video It's just bla bla bla

  • I really recomend chantix, my husband takeing and he's doing very good and he have a very good life, If you want to quit this drug It's very good

  • i have been taking chantix now for four days....my phsician discussed with me ALL of the side effects. we dicided that the gain i would get greatly outweighed the side effects. i have experienced the vivid dreams ( not nightmares just very vivid dreams) i have also had some nausea but not bad it just comes and goes some. i strongly recommend this drug for anyone that wants to quit
