  • If you were smart..... You'd take the Cadi black leather seats and modify them to the bucket bases...

  • Cool car and easy startup! How's your house, Lynol?

  • is that a 345 International V8 in there?

  • Any interest in selling any of the scouts?

  • Any interest in selling any of the scouts?

  • Lol sure is a death trap!

  • Nice scout, but its a shame, Cadillac history wasteing away there. I can just image how much they would be worth in 40 years!!

  • If they had made the Allentes rear wheel drive they would have been a hell of a lot more likely to sell well.

  • glad to see another scout video.

Man i love allantes. shame to see them rot

  • oh thats just the exhust and body combo dealer installed option nothing to worry about!!!!

  • We see Allantes in my part of Ontario every so often. I guess a lot of people enjoy bringing them up from Florida or the Carolinas. They are for the most part priced decently and are certainly a unique and fun car which is why they're fairly popular. For the most part everything I have seen around here are all in original, but decent condition. That said, it s a real shame what this guy is doing with his. Thats just not right.

  • Those Allantes will be nothing but parts cars eventually, if that guy just lets them sit out in the elements like that. He should at least put a weather resistant car cover on them. Too bad.

  • LOOK INTO THOSE ALLANTE'S LYNOL, GOD I WENT ON EBAY THE BLACK ONE WITH THAT SPEC IS WORTH ALMOST 18 GRAND, LOOK INTO IT!!!!!

  • @CarolinaCountryGuy Try carbon MONoxide.

  • Im amazed at how well that engine fired and ran.

  • It saddens me to see those two Caddys sitting there in that condition. You should have them inside the trailers instead of the Scout. They would make a good, albeit complex project. I think the parts are still readily avaliable.

  • @pskittle488 They're not mine, they belong to a friend of the Landlord. It's a shame they're just wasting away though.

  • wonder why they quit making the Scout?......compete with bronco and Jeep?

  • @jeepers2655 I think they stopped because International was having financial, managerial, and labor problems. It was around the same time they sold off Cub Cadet to MTD, sold off their agriculture equip. division and changed their name to Navistar International and just made heavy trucks and engines.

  • @LynolsOffice Thats a shame the scout and their old tractors were beastly! Now mtd just makes pure shit, there gas tanks are held on with wire ties

  • didn't they have some kind of italian desiner or somthing? I remebe seein one in the movie cadilac man

  • @84400 Yup. Pininfarina. You can see their badge at 3:32

  • That exhaust leak is hilarious, good thing you found it or it could have not ended so well...

Too bad those Allante's are sitting like that, Ive always wanted one, but they are pretty expensive around here.
