The only reason 7mge head gaskets "blow" is the fault of Toyota and their low factory head bolt torque values. Open the valve cover and re-torque them to 72 ft/lb instead, and it will be good to go.

It was in a jacked up 4Runner for just over a year before I dropped the truck into a hole just deep enough to suck water into the engine!! Damn!!
