The porblem is, I don't know how i will be able to give it to you. hmm maybe I could send you the .max file and you can open it up in your 3ds max?
For tutorials, open 3ds max, go to the "help" dropdown, and you will see "tutorials" there.
A great website is, the "Area" community from Autodesk, just google "Area autodesk"; register and you will be able to view tutorials the Autodesk community puts up.
