  • To be honest don't really get all this Karloff love. Sure Kasabian's first album was great but there sound has evolved to new and better levels since he left. WRPLA was their best album to date, absolutely astounding how good it was. They're a hit machine now.

  • The only thing wrong with this song it should at least be about 6 minutes or longer. KASABIAN are still a fantastic band even without Chris. Like someone commented outside the UK unknown, ridiculous but true. Here in Holland unknown. Every album will be different, that's what makes a band special. Their latest album is the dogs bollocks, listen to it and it will grow on you, just like their first album. As a live band KASABIAN are the best and can compete with anyone.

  • Four people like to suck cock

  • amazing... s2

  • this is soooo gangster. "I'm standing with my allies, selling arms to strangers. watch them shoot you down." who can even think of some dope ass lines like that??

  • i can't find chords for this song anywehre and i can't read tab :/ can anyone help me out?!?! :)

  • Kasabian top class! seen them twice and never get bored of this album :D

  • I'd like to Personally thank all the viewer and comments on here, been joyful to see such pleasant comments, I will be Re Uploading these in HD but keeping these ones on, I know they sound good even for 360P So i'll keep these up anyway. Thank You Everyone!

  • i love serge's songwriting. and i love chris karloff's songwriting. but if you combine the two you get the first album.

  • This is probably my favorite out of the entire album. It's so chill and it provokes memories..

  • their best album," with Christopher Karloff."

  • I wish this was longer, I really do. So so good, loved the sound of the first album. Second was decent, some tracks were sick, some were crap. Latest album is very good, but doesn't come close to the first

  • @bassmanUSSR yeah man i totally agree with u. can't wait 4 the 4th album, i just really hope it sounds similar 2 the 1st.

  • @bassmanUSSR in my opinion: Kasabian > West Rider > Velociraptor > Empire

  • @pdrocrz 100% agree mate. Their new stuff isn't nearly as good as their first album, maybe because they got popular, not too sure.

  • @pdrocrz wow, totally opposite to mine.

  • @weeyack98 I wish orange was abit longer, i do quite like it.

  • @weeyack98 Yes same here, not too keen on reason is treason.

  • @weeyack98 Yes i gave up when i first listened to the album, it was only by chance when i fell asleep after listening to this track then it woke me up. It's a revised version of reason is treason. Just skip it on itunes or a CD player, you will find it.

  • @weeyack98 This is the album version, but i cutt it. Basically the reason why you get the few minutes silence is because there is a bonus track at the end of this song. But i made a seperate video for it.

  • love the first album and this is the standout tune from it! (for me anyway)

  • viewer number 14,600

  • @mrtommcandrew fuck that, viewer number 16,379. fuck yea! x)

  • @ohboycrayons Nice :D

  • FUCKING AMAZING SONG

  • More songs like Club Foot and Reason is Treason please, didn't really get Fire

  • @marwood03 Unfortunately Chris Karloff left the band, so no more songs like that :( He was the main songwriter then

  • Their first album is the first album I've ever listened to that every single song can give me chills, even after years of listening to the songs.

Their new stuff, I haven't really gotten into, but if it's anything like their old stuff, then I'll be a die hard fan fo' eva'.

    (btw, but trip music EVER.)

  • kasabian are by far the best band around and r gettin better wiv evry album

  • @wolvesfc93 not true... have you heard of Radiohead? lol

  • Yes as the album was reflecting on the cold war but also reflects on abstracts of love and feelings

  • did you know that during the final mixing stage in the studio Sergios voice was dubbed with toms, so in actual fact this is a doubled vocal, if you ever lower the pitch on this song it sounds like tom.

  • haha it could have been in Mass Effect

  • is this tom or serg singing?

  • Serge ^^

  • it's both, only toms voice was dubbed in the final mixing stage over sergios voice.

  • they are just the dogs live

  • is serge the coolest man alive??

  • Don't forget, the main man was Christopher karloff, he was founder of the band name and was the key writer as sergio was co writer, He played synthersizer on all tracks.

  • i dont think youre right about that. Serge wrote many more songs than karloff, and even the ones that karloff wrote were co written with serge

  • Karloff wrote main guitar parts while sergio wrote the rythm bits, karloff who was also seen live to be a guitar player was a synthersizer play at best, but most of the times on set he programmed it so he could play guitar along to it, sergio did write a few of the first songs, but the others were mainly by him by they were all shared between each other, karloff came up with the riff, sergio freshned it and added more, but karloff wrote most as he wanted kasabian to be electric still

  • That still doesnt mean he came up with the riffs. Its not right to make such assumotions based on peoples skills at playing an instrument

  • Who said i was making assumptions, you obviously came on here stating this, if you take time to look into the album details etc, you will see that sergio was just a co writer, the second album he wrote two songs before he left, empire and Stuntman, he wrote most of the stuff on the first alot of it was co and finished by sergio.

  • fair enough, my bad

  • lol, since karloffs gone they've gone into their own style, he wanted to keep electric, not too keen on the third first was a masterpiece and the second was good.

  • yeah its tru the first one was genius

  • wow, this song is so touching.... amazing. :D

  • this song is beautiful too short for my liking but still perfect somehow. its shear genius

  • Yes, I just love it. It kind of bothers me, though, that the song is too long in blank but too short in music itself. It's amazing.

  • I agree, i made a seperate video for the bonus track on this song. But always felt it was never long enough and always felt it should of been.

  • Great song. I.D is my favourite from this album though.

  • Great :)

The part at 2:26 just kills me :)

  • Yes this is my number one song, just outstanding
