I agree with him. Seeing a play is more raw than seeing a movie. You can see actors doing only one take instead of the directors cutting it out and there's no special effects that are over the top to distract you. Plus if an actor makes a mistake you can see how the react to it and it benefits everyone and shows how professional they can be. Michael Emerson, you are brilliant.

@invisiblejaguar1 He didn't upload it. Michael Emerson recorded this at home and sent the DVD of it to us at the theatre. We then posted it.

oh right, was just curious because i've watched lost and it's interesting to see him just talking casual being casual instead of all the crazy stuff that happens on the show lol, thanks for the response

I absolutely adore this man. I also couldn't agree with him more. As a participant in the performing arts (as a singer & musician) from a very early age through school and church, there are no words adequate to the task of describing the magic live performance art offers. This video reminded me once again, both of Michael Emerson's passion for his craft, and the wonder of theater, dance, and music in a live setting. Thanks for posting this!
