Flying scares the sh*t out of me, but i'd still get on a plane... its a rush.

I got back from Tenerife yesterday and we flew with Thomson, going there was a B757-200 which believe it or not only had 39 people on board. Coming back was a B767-300 and that was the bestflight i have ever been on in my life, and the first time on a B767-300. If you want a fantastic flight use Thomson, forget Monarch, MyTravel, Jet2, and all the rest. Thomson 5* airline.

I'm guessing you went from either MAN or LGW?

The reason you enjoyed it so much was that

1. Only 39 PAX on outbound when it hold 230+ and so lots of room.

2. The 763 is designed for long haul and so you would have had PTVs and 33" legroom I guess?

MON/ZB - best for short haul. FCA best for long in economy.
