Ma perchè hack? Cosa hai fatto di speciale... Mi pare che il trasmettitore è una funzione di base vero? Non capisco... Comunque grandi AC/DC e w la Nokia!
It seems that this "bug" will be fixed from firmware revision > 51 week, so for now it is a little bit complex. So you need to create a python script and to execute it in background.

Not on my FM transmitter in my N85?? I listened to music from my phone in my car and my friend sat in a car infront of me and managed to listen at the same music from my N85 fm transmitter (while we were driving) :) no "hack" there..

È per aumentare la potenza del segnale, da qualche centimetro ad un paio/tre di metri ;)
Oggi non serve più quell'hack via terminale, ma ci sono programmi (es. FM Boost)

@TheInventorepazzo Ciao, non ho più l'N900 da una mesata (sono passato al Galaxy Note, spettacolare!)
Di FM Boost avevo la versione dei repository, per lo script avevo seguito le istruzioni su:

default power transmitter is too low to be usefull (max range 1-2cm), so with this hack we can have a larger range of transmitter (1-2mt)... :)
