Personally I prefer "Free YouTube to Mp3 Converter". It's a program that's free of viruses. It's also much faster than going to websites to convert. The only problem (which I think the online ones have too) is than adding &fmt=18 doesn't have any effect when you download the videos.

There is alot of "Free YouTube to Mp3 Converters" but you need to find the right one. Then it's really simple. I got it, and it takes me about 3 min to download a song and name it.
