It's perfect for the doctor. When he saved that lady astronaut from the water creatures sorry can't remember what they were called he said that he could do whatever he wanted and he controlled life, death, and time. Then he realized he changed everything and that's when I at least saw him first acknowledge that he was out of control and that no one should have that power. Good video.
