  • This is horrible thing think to use. I know you are aware of that because of your comment about Stallone. Skin caliper is the only accurate measurement but I feel like a mirror works just fine. If you are happy, maintain the same life style if you want to lose weight, move more, eat less. Done.

    Also I enjoy your other videos, this is just a button for me, really irritating.

    Men who work out should stay clear of it.

    My BMI is 28.2, I am 8% body fat lol.

  • Those BMI charts are all a waste of time in my opinion. They do my head in. Mirror, calipers and the way your clothes fit is the most accurate way to measure progress.

  • hey talk about your fat intake and general nutrition and post some more workouts. i do plenty of the same workouts high reps low weights calithenics n whatnot ive browsed over every mma bb and martial workouts i can find do running n stuff but i admittedly eat horribly lol and even though i get stronger and faster i generally look the same

  • i used to use that thing, gave me a ballpark of what to do and eat, but among other problems it doesnt account for frame. a way ive learned of for determining that is the wrist test

  • This isn't a good calculator...

    You need a calculater where you have to put your waistline too, and than it's accurate (for lots of people).

    With this calculator, a lot of people are fat lol :)

  • i got 24.4, lol your right it isnt very accurate, because i have a body fat percentage of 4-5, 5 foot 10, 17 years old ... and im just below overweight?!

  • @Haydinho21 Haha, yeah that's how it is. One of the better ways to determine your physical shape is to get a body fat percentage test, but this is a decent alternative. I think if you plugged in someone like Sylvester Stallone it would put him in the "Obese" category, when he's clearly not obese lol.

  • @leanbodylifestyle yeah thats true, i have a body fat calculator thingy, where you pinch the skin in certain places etc, closes way i know to getting an accurate reading, because you can then work out your muscle mass etc from it all
