Eugene is the only person that I know of that can mismactch all of his clothes so bad that it looks good. I thought of it just now because I was studying the cover just now. lol. Italian shoes with high socks with red stars. Yellow/black striped pants rolled up mid shin.... I can't tell what else other than his arm bands but those actually match his pants. lol.
