This is why you never use a thumbless grip for the bench unless you really know what you are doing. Also the importance of having a good spotter when attempting very heavy PR's can't be understated.
lmao a lot of it is mistakes from poor grip, but the rest deserve it.........people need to learn to leave there eagle at home and lift proper and there ideal weight.
