They don't say whether the pornography is of prepubuscent children ; which might justify the concern about him living 5 blocks from a kindergarten; or whether the address he was living at hadn't been approved by Police. They also don't say how old he was at the time of the first offence .in 2005 . There are degrees of culpability & the media nowadays seems to condition the public by a comnbination of exageration & ommision to think any arrest is for the worst crime .
