  • u r super hero , really

  • Hello there, great tutorial, I've spent the last few hours following it, but I've encountered soe problems in the actual rendering. Even though everything looks fine in 3DS, the biped isn't rendered when I press F9. I suspect there may be some problem with the perspective because I've tried inserting a huge sphere in the scene but it is rendered as tiny. Do you have any idea that could help me ? Nevertheless, again, great tutorial & thanks for sharing !

  • You must have set your quick render window as a different window so hit F10 while your perspective window is selected. Hope this helps.

  • ok thanks a lot, i've managed to complete it. I'm still getting a bizarre issue in the rendering (in the last few frames the biped suddenly becomes detached from the footage), but I'm sure it's just a question of further tweaking. The downside to this kind of work is the amount of patience required, but it sure pays off in the end !

  • Best tutorial I have ever seen. You are a natural, keep up the good work.

  • It took me 10 hours to make a Bat (animal) with HD res and full movement and fur that moved when it flew...

  • sweet!

  • i had trouble with target cams on your PB site, maybe you could tell them also in a note you can use free camera...or maybe i got lucky by accident with one....but thanks again fo rthe PFTrack one also.

  • the video above should be used with a Max script generated by pftrack and the camera is created for you. not sure exactly why you would have a prob with tgt cams.

  • i was talking about the tutorial video on your homepage/website that can be used for still frame pictures.

on another note i'm trying ta find a bvh converter for 3ds max so i can use motion cap files from truebones, they have some jedi mocaps i wouldnt mind using.

  • very nice tutorial set on pftrack and max working as one...i was worried to try pftrack at first, though i may try it now.
