I've only two suggestions: 1, don't just rely on your ears, reading the sheet music always improves the end result. 2, slow down. :) that's what most musicians forget, to slow down and let the music flow. everyone just wants to play fast, and if you want to play fast take up guitar or something. join a metal group or something. lol :)
