OMG - this is so real to me. 17 years ago I had a dream of how I would die making a stand for what I believe in. Over the yeas it became a distant memory until we all started seeing the writing on the wall and now it is so real to me again.

I don't see it as a vision of *my* future necessarily, but the symbolism of being set aflame was interesting. He used a bic - lol.
I don't believe the future has been written yet. We are writing the script for the future in our minds right now, and our actions will actually be the future. Impove yourself with diet, exercise, and education. Create and add value to things during your lifetime. The average human only lives for 27,375 days.

Don't put too much stock into your dream... Although, if you cannot shake "it," and you think you have a problem, find someone within your fold (not people on the computer) you can discuss it with... A very close confidant should be able to tell you whether or not your fears are unfounded.
The subconscious is an irrational part of the brain. The subconcious either does not know or does not care about time and/or reality constraints we live under from day to day. Thought streams of the conscious, rational mind can be lost to the irrational, unconscious mind.
I know that what is going on at this point in history can be overwhelming, but it just happens to be the point in history in which we were born. Try not to over-burden your thoughts with that which you cannot change.
But, if you see yourself as dying in some epic scene out of a movie... You know the kind in which you're the hero making the ultimate sacrifice to save humanity or something along those lines---then I'd suggest you take a breather and clear your head of such thoughts.

In other words, if you have seen yourself dying from a stampede of crazed dairy cows, then stay away from fields containing dairy cows...

I've never known the what/when/how, just that I would be witness to something very great. I often reflect on this epiphinal moment and I now realize (based on recent events) that it may soon come to pass. Until then, I'll move forward in my life with thy rod and thy staff, fearing no evil.
