@oqiwelkanld I have to agree. I would prefer .22lr (personal pref) over the .25 ACP, however .25 is better than nothing at all. I think the basic gist of the video was to demonstrate the small frame as a suitable ankle/backup weapon as a last resort.

@TEDDYZMAIN no not for typical carry, although it is a single action gun like he said which means you have to pull the hammer back in order to take your first shot, ideal carry situation would be with the hammer down i.e not pulled back, and the safety on. i recommend you take fire arms corse if you are interested in weapon safety and getting bette at handling a firearm properly.

The thing that is dangerous about pocket pistols is they are so small and the trigger hole is small and when you are racking the slide you could fire the gun on accident ... but this gun almost prevents that by the oversize trigger guard

I'm not a big fan of the extra small guns for the safety issues you mentioned but they are very concealable if that's what ones looking for. Smallest I have in my arsenal is a 0.38+P Taurus snubbie 5-shot. I kind of like it for cary and it's much more accurate than I would have given it credit for before field testing it but I prefer my XD or 1911's for shooting.

Nice safety tip, people don't appriciate (sp?) that one it seems. To that effect, it always makes me nervous when I'm in a gunshop, and even though I know the guns are unloaded and can see that the slide is locked back, people muzzle sweep me when they're checking out guns.
I don't care what condition the gun is in, even if your I'm in a gunshop, with a known unloaded/safe gun, I take great care to never muzzle sweep anyone. It's a good habit to develop people.

Another safety tip would be to realize where YOUR fingers are. Its easy to have have your fingers in front of the muzzle just holding a compact pistol.
You have a good point it is underpowered by today's standards, but when it came out in 1952 it was the average size for a subcompact pistol. I'd rather have something a bit bigger myself as well, but still nopt a bad choice.

Nice safety tip, people don't appriciate (sp?) that one it seems. To that effect, it always makes me nervous when I'm in a gunshop, and even though I know the guns are unloaded and can see that the slide is locked back, people muzzle sweep me when they're checking out guns.
I don't care what condition the gun is in, even if your I'm in a gunshop, with a known unloaded/safe gun, I take great care to never muzzle sweep anyone. It's a good habit to develop people.

that is bullshit. the Uk is just as dangerous as anywhere else maybe even worse, our crime rate is huge. The only difference is if the everyday citizen carries a firearm we get 5 years in prison. if a criminal carries they plead diminished responsibility due to drug addiction and get 9 months... how the fuck is that fair? liberal motherfuckers dont belive a mugger deserves to die.... if we defend ourselves and the ATTACKER dies. Another safety tip would be to realize where YOUR fingers are. Its easy to have have your fingers in front of the muzzle just holding a compact pistol.

You have a good point it is underpowered by today's standards, but when it came out in 1952 it was the average size for a subcompact pistol. I'd rather have something a bit bigger myself as well, but still nopt a bad choice.
