Its a public beach you can park your car on the side and go down there. Most of the time it's empty and most of the houses are rentals or vacant rich peoples houses. Chances are she was renting the house ($100k per week). I saw some celeb down there once arguing with B-friend on the sell phone. But other than that it's pretty vacant for the most part.
