@Ozaxx1 come on being born and raised in a nordic country would help. Its not everythig mind you. He does have a intense training regimen, but how many people from Hawaii do you see pulling off acts of like climbing Everest in just snow shoes. Or look at the winter olympics..when was the last time you saw a Gold medalist from the Bahamas, Tahiti, Jamaica..no most top competiors are from Germany, Switzerland, Colorado in the US. They train hard but your environment helps in your training.
glad to see some dutch people can also answer in a normal way. I'm dutch too and what I hear from people like from Canada is that it feels colder here because there is more moisture in the air. And I tell ya, today it's f*cking cold ;-)

thats if you are exposed for cold for a long period of time.
for example 6 hours a day in a freezer warehouse
whit temperature of -20 Celcius.
Wim Hof trains short periods of extreme cold.
for example a cold shower or staying in a cold bath you have in most swimming pool
