How do you get to the secret area in 2:48?

in my first video it shows u how. ill tell u anyways tho,at the beggining of lvl 3 of bowsers castle u can jump over the ledge. there is a pipe that leads u 2 the secret lvl if u beat it u get the power pipe that i went in2 at 2:48. it appears across the lake.
