I've never liked japan, except for the technological advancements that they bring and their calm serene traditions. This is one of the reasons. I know it sounds one-dimensional, but its either you like it or you don't. And for me the don't weighs more. I wish I would have liked to know them and their traditional cultures more but the modern presentations of the whole deal have somewhat tarnish the Mr. Miyagi image they used to have.

A Chinese minister has even at one point - officially, it seemed - accepted the apology. Yet, even though numerous apologies have been given, it still seems China hasn't accepted them. Maybe even declined to accept them. It has been a "smart" move from China, since they up until 2007 received an enormous amount of "compensation" money from Japan.
