Although Manila Archbishop Rosales says that gay participation in Santacruzan is anathema to holy character of procession, Cruz says it is better for gay than perverted baywalk bodies to participate. Cruz rather chooses lesser evil if it is inevitable; however, I don't favor both to participate. For gays, it is intrinsicably moral evil. Baywalk bodies disturbs the solemn peace because they tempt.
