Hey,

I watched you're addon installation guide and it was very informative and well put together!

However, I have a problem...

after I put the files into the addons folder I go into the game. There should be an addons button on the bottom left corner of my character list, but their isn't.

I havn't found anyone that can tell my why the button isn't there and I would really appreciate it if you would respond. :)

@jp200065 It might be ur extracting it wrong, i have windows 7 and what i have to do is go into My computer under Local Disc (C:) and into program files/WoW/Interface/Addons and just extract into there.Also i have winrar so sometimes the addons button wont show so i extract the file with the books icon instead.

@jp200065 before i started playing again i had this problem as well. a friend of mine told me (or at least this is what i remember), that somehow the addons that you have downloaded, whether it be one addon or a number of them are outdated and are not compatible with the windows program or other program that your computer is using to make itself run. so you will either have to wait for it to update and contact the person to ask them when or just simply find a new addon that does the same thing.

@jp200065 the other possibility of the two that she informed me of was that when you were importing the addons after extracting them into your wow game, you put them in the wrong area that what you were supposed to. either that or when you were trying to transfer them you went in and tried putting the content of the folder instead of actually the folder including everything ino the addons are.
