The reason I disagree is because the taxpayer already pays an exorbitant amount in taxes for these types of services (police, fire, rescue, etc..). Think you went to far with the dad making the kid sick. The weather balloon, sure that was for publicity. Letting it go as well for publicity. However, his kid being the balloon was something he did not plan.
